Course Introduction
The course is designed for real estate professionals and students who are interested in how to harness the power of computer applications in day-to-day real estate business. This course introduces students to software applications used in the real estate industry for real estate practice, finance, appraisal, property management, and residential sales. This course applies toward the educational requirements for either a salesperson or broker's license. Also, how students can get huge discounts on popular software like Microsoft Office and Adobe products. This course meets the California Department of Real Estate education requirements for the Salesperson or Brokers license.
